Board Membership Vote at the 2026 Annual Meeting - Call for Nominations
There will be a vote for the 2026 HOA Board of Directors at the February 2nd Annual Meeting. The HOA Board is composed of up to nine (9) homeowners who volunteer their time to manage HOA business. Currently the board consists of:
This means three members continuing on and one submitting for reelection. This also means plenty of room for more volunteers. Rather than use a nomination committee, we are going with the tradition of letting homeowners tell us they would like to be placed on the ballot ahead of time, you may also let us know at the meeting that you would like to be added to the ballot. Please email wolftrapmeadowshoa@gmail.com with your request to be added to the ballot. As a reminder, the vote is only to fill seats on the Board. Once elected, the Board will meet amongst themselves to assign roles of Presidents, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Members-At-Large, as well as establish the Architecture Review Board and appoint members to it. Proxy Form for the HOA 2026 Annual Meeting
You may submit the name of a proxy should you not be able to attend the annual meeting, but still want to participate in any voting at the annual meeting. Each property gets one vote. Homeowners who wish to designate another eligible voter as their proxy must submit such notification in writing to the Board prior to the annual meeting. Proxies must attend in person. Please fill out the Proxy Form and send it (or a picture of it) to the Board via email at wolftrapmeadowshoa@gmail.com. You may mail hard copies to our mailing address. The last day we check the mailbox is January 30, 2026.
