Please be aware that the following guidelines apply to requests for HOA Resale Certificates and other forms you need the HOA Board to sign for a home sale or loan refinance.
- Requests must be made by the current property owner or the current owner cc'd on the request.
- Documents requested (either Resale Certificates for sales, any forms required for sale or refinance, other paperwork needed from the HOA Board for a sale or refinance) will be ready within fourteen (14) days of the date that the requestor submits the request for the item to the HOA Board. Please plan accordingly and early!
- Submit requests to the main HOA Board email address and not to any personal accounts. The email address is wolftrapmeadowshoa@gmail.com. You will receive a confirmation email that the request was received. If you do not receive a confirmation email from wolftrapmeadowshoa@gmail.com acknowledging your request, we did not receive it.
- The fee for a HOA Resale Certificate is $150 payable by check made out to Wolftrap Meadows Homeowners Association. You may also send payment via Zelle (search for us using the wolftrapmeadowshoa@gmail.com email address).
The HOA Board will send documents when they are ready and we have received your payment.
